The Central Recognition
You are not seeking Shiva. You are Shiva, remembering your True Nature of Sat-Chit-Ananda. Truth. Consciousness. Bliss.

Inside the Experience
A direct path through inquiry, energy, and stillness.
Temporary highs fade. A lasting peace must be found in what cannot be lost.
Self-inquiry as a sword. Not this body, not this mind, not the passing emotion. What remains when every false identity is seen?
Life becomes a movie and awareness the screen. Untouched by every scene, yet allowing all scenes to appear.
Breath, energy, posture, attention, and sound become doorways into presence. Support for recognition, not badges of progress.
The work matures from doing into being. Mantra, breath, and meditation point toward the gap between thoughts.
Acting, loving, working, and meeting the world from the still center, rather than escaping the world to preserve a state.

About the Author
Dushyant Dharma, who also writes under the pen name Dosho, is the voice behind The Third High Experience. A movement dedicated to making serious inner work accessible without reducing it to lifestyle spirituality.
His writing brings yogic insight, non-dual recognition, breath practice, sound, and contemplative inquiry into one experiential path. The emphasis is not on belonging to a system, but on discovering what remains when the false center is seen through.
Born from his Kundalini awakening - a direct transmission of the message of oneness, made with love.
The Invitation
This is not a book to rush through. Read a few pages, close your eyes, and let the words point you back to the awareness reading them.

A Sample from The Book
Truth is ever-present. Truth is something invariable - that which existed when nothing existed, and that which shall exist when nothing exists. Many things change throughout, but there is something which never changes.
The only real experience you have ever had is the experience of Now. The past is a memory; the future is an imagination. The great masters like Mahavir and Buddha made Existence itself their Guru (literal meaning: Remover of Darkness), for they saw that it is self-sustaining. It does not need an external creator. Everything you are seeking is right here, right Now, in this totality.
And who is aware of this existence? You are. You are the experiencer, the observer. But here, we must be careful. The moment we separate ourselves from our experience - the moment we position ourselves as an "observer" trying to control what is "observed" (like anger, or a painful thought) - we create a battle inside ourselves. Saying, "I must control my anger," creates a false division where one part of you fights another. This is the root of all internal conflict. This is where "Being" comes in.
The path of true observation is to witness the totality of consciousness. There is no separate "you" controlling a separate "emotion." There is only a unified field of awareness in which the energy of anger arises and passes. In this non-divided awareness, there is no struggle. The observer and the observed dissolve into one seamless act of seeing.
Our nature in this existence is like a wave, a temporary form in the ever-present ocean of Consciousness. One day, this form was not here, yet Existence was. One day, this form will be gone, and Existence will still be. You are not the wave. You are the ocean.
True knowledge is not in books. It is in the sweetness of directly tasting your own essence. This is the search for the peace that is already inside you, waiting patiently to be recognized. This is your personal journey. The bliss you seek is not far away; it is hiding within you. We are simply going to uncover it.
To understand this profound truth, consider a simple yet powerful metaphor. The waking world is a movie playing out, full of drama, characters, and stories. The dream world is another, often more fantastical, movie. Deep sleep is the intermission, when the screen is dark.
We spend our lives utterly convinced that we are one of the characters in the movie. We laugh when the character is happy, we cry when the character is sad, we are terrified when the character is in danger. We have completely identified with the role. But you are not the character. You are not even in the movie. You are the Screen.
Think about the nature of the screen. A violent battle scene does not scar it. A beautiful romance does not stain it with joy. A dark tragedy does not leave a permanent shadow upon it. The screen allows every movie to play upon its surface, but it remains untouched, unchanged, and forever pure. No matter how intense the movie gets, the screen is always at peace.
This Screen is Turiya. This Screen is your timeless, pure awareness.
The great sage Vasistha stated a truth that holds the key to both our suffering and our freedom: "The mind alone is the cause of both bondage and liberation. When bound by desires and illusions, it enslaves; when detached, it sets free."
Your thoughts, emotions, memories, and projections are like a film playing constantly. If you get completely lost in the story - believing you are the hero who is suffering, the victim who is wronged, the seeker who is striving - you will feel every blow and every disappointment. This is bondage.
But if you can lean back and simply watch the movie, you remain free. A sad scene does not make the screen sad. A violent scene does not scar the screen. No matter what appears on it, the screen remains untouched, pure, and ever-present.
You are this screen. You are the silent, spacious awareness, not the fleeting story playing out within it.
