Dushyant Dharma, who writes under the pen name Dosho, is the founder of The Third High Experience, a global spiritual awakening movement rooted in non-dual Shiva Consciousness, Kashmir Shaivism, and experiential Vedantic wisdom.
He carries one conviction: that the experience of pure consciousness - what the Shiva Sutras call ātmajñānam, self-knowledge - is not a privilege of the few. It is the birthright of everyone willing to look. That understanding of the metaphysical self is what grounds his practice. The meditations he transmits are not techniques borrowed from tradition.
